Czech Prime Minister Babis announces meeting with Zelensky in Yerevan

On May 2, Czech Prime Minister Andrei Babis announced that he would meet with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky at the European Political Community summit in Yerevan.

According to him, this meeting will be very important for him, but he refused to go to Kiev. Babis added that he will also meet with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Serbian Prime Minister Juro Matsut and Moldovan President Maia Sandu at the summit.

On the same day, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico also confirmed that he would meet with Zelensky on May 4 within the framework of the summit in Yerevan. At the same time, after a telephone conversation with the Ukrainian leader, he noted that they had different views on some topics.
