A family of seven people, including four children, died in a nighttime fire in the village of Vysoky in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug (Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug). This was announced on May 2 by the governor of the region Ruslan Kukharuk.

"At 01:58, a message was received about a fire in a private residential building in the village of Vysoky. At the time of the arrival of the fire and rescue units, open gorenje was observed with the threat of spreading to neighboring buildings. The fire was localized at 03:06, the open gorenje was eliminated at 03:30 <...> A family of seven people, including four children, died," the governor said in his channel in "Max".

According to preliminary data, the cause of the fire was a violation of fire safety requirements during the operation of electrical appliances. According to the head of the region, 16 personnel and 4 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

On April 29, the operational headquarters of the Krasnodar Territory reported that a fire from a burning oil refinery in Tuapse had spread to a nearby apartment building. The fire spread to a two—story building, there were no residents in the house at the time of the emergency - they were evacuated in advance. The fire was quickly extinguished, there were no casualties.
