In Odessa, employees of the territorial recruitment centers (TCC, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine) mobilized a man walking a dog, while leaving the pet on the street. This was reported on May 1 by the newspaper "Страна.иа ".

"In Odessa, military commissars took away a man who was walking a dog, leaving it on the street," the newspaper's Telegram channel says.
