In the Zaporozhye region, power facilities were damaged as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) conducted a massive attack on the energy infrastructure of the Zaporizhia region at night. This was announced on May 1 by Governor Evgeny Balitsky.

"Last night, the energy infrastructure of our region was subjected to massive terrorist attacks from the enemy," he wrote on the Maks messenger.

According to him, as a result of the strikes, a number of facilities were damaged, which led to partial power outages in populated areas. Balitsky noted that specialists are working to restore power supply.

The Izvestia correspondent visited the front line, saw the work of drone shooters and found out how many relatives serve in the detachment.

The press service of the Ministry of Health of the Zaporizhia region reported on April 29 that a woman was injured after an attack by an APU drone. It was noted that the victim received full medical care, the condition of the resident is assessed as moderate.
