Anaheim beat Edmonton and advanced to the second round of the NHL playoffs.

Forwards Ryan Peeling, Chris Kreider, Cutter Gauthier, Troy Terry and Leo Karlsson scored for the winners, while defender Connor Murphy and forward Vasily Podkolzin scored for Edmonton.
