The court changed the jurisdiction of Dolina's lawsuit against the fraudsters who deceived her

The Balashikha court of the Moscow region transferred the claim of singer Larisa Dolina for compensation of property damage in the amount of 176 million rubles to the courier of fraudsters Angela Tsyrulnikova and other defendants in the case to the Lefortovo district court. This was announced on April 30 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

"To transfer the case on the claim to the Lefortovo district Court on jurisdiction," the judge said.

The assistant judge noted that the case will be considered at the place of residence.

At the end of December, the Moscow City Court ordered the singer to vacate the elite living space.

Librarian Angela Tsyrulnikova, convicted in the Dolina apartment fraud case, said on April 12 that she herself had become a victim of fraud by intruders. On this basis, the convict asked for a suspended sentence.

In November last year, the Balashikha City Court issued a verdict in the case of the sale of the singer's apartment. Tsyrulnikova, who took the funds from the singer, received seven years in prison with a fine of 1 million rubles. At the same time, three more defendants in the case were sentenced to terms from four to seven years in a penal colony with a fine of 900 thousand rubles.
