Ministry of Labor: New Year holidays in Russia will last 11 days

Russians will have 11 days of rest during the New Year holidays in 2027. The Ministry of Labor announced this on April 30 in its Telegram channel.

"The government of the Russian Federation annually reschedules the days off that fall on holidays in order to optimally allocate time for work and rest. In 2027, thanks to this postponement, there will be 3 days off 5 times: in February, March, twice in May and June. There will also be a four—day weekend - from November 4 to November 7. And the New Year holidays next year will last 11 days," said Anton Kotyakov, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.
