The heating season is coming to an end in Primorye
In Primorsky Krai, heating began to be switched off as planned. The regional enterprise "Primteploenergo" has started to complete the heating season.
The work of more than 80 boiler houses out of 597 in four municipalities has been stopped. In Khasansky and Chernigov municipal districts, heat supply was stopped in all 23 boiler houses in each district. In the Arsenyevsky city district, four boiler houses have been shut down, but five are still operating. They provide heat to social institutions, including hospitals and kindergartens.
32 boiler houses have been shut down in the Nakhodka city district, six are operating, providing heat to the housing stock. In the Oktyabrsky municipal district, the shutdown will be completed on April 29, but the heat at social facilities will remain. Boiler houses in the Dalnerechensk and Artyomovsky urban districts will be shut down on April 30.
In the rest of the region, boiler houses will operate until the weather is consistently warm. Within five days, the average daily temperature should be above +8 degrees, writes PrimaMedia news agency with reference to Vyacheslav Babich, CEO of KGUP Primteploenergo.
Later, Primteploenergo will begin hydraulic testing of heating systems. Then the preparation for the next heating period begins.
In Vladivostok, the heating season will end on May 4, the agency writes with reference to the city department for Fuel and Energy Complex.
In mid-April, it was reported that Anapa authorities had extended the heating season until April 24. The reason was the cold weather. In previous years, under more favorable weather conditions, the heating was turned off by mid-April.
