New reflective markings will appear on Khabarovsk roads

Long-lasting reflective markings will appear on the roads in Khabarovsk. The work is carried out within the framework of the national project "Infrastructure for Life".

IA AmurMedia, referring to the regional Ministry of Transport, writes that the markings began to be applied after constant positive air temperatures were established. Work is also underway at night, and traffic is partially restricted in order not to create additional difficulties on the roads.

So, more than 1 thousand square meters of markings will be applied on the site along Muravyov-Amursky Street from Turgenev Street to Lenin Street. Special attention is paid to stop lines and pedestrian crossings. The marking is covered with cold plastic, as the material is wear-resistant, it is more resistant to the weather than paint and dries faster. Thus, it is possible to reduce the time of work at the facility.

At the same time, markings are applied on regional and inter-municipal roads throughout the region.

In addition, the Guest Route project is being implemented in Khabarovsk. Within its framework, comprehensive landscaping of the central streets along the "route No. 1" will be carried out. We are talking about the renovation of bus shelters, the application of road markings, and the maintenance of previously applied markings.

Route No. 1 connects Khabarovsk International Airport with the city center and the railway station. Its goal is to increase the attractiveness of the capital of the region for tourists, and to improve road safety for local residents. The application of cold plastic markings on the entire guest route will cost 30 million rubles. The work should be completed by May 21.

The same projects are being implemented in Amursk and Komsomolsk-on-Amur.

Earlier it was reported that large-scale landscaping of the arboretum of the Khabarovsk Regional Park named after Muravyov-Amursky has been completed in Khabarovsk. The work was carried out within the framework of the national project "Environmental well-being". The object has the status of a natural monument of regional significance. The financing was provided by the presidential single subsidy. 30.9 million rubles were allocated for these purposes.
