Based on Pyotr Yershov's fairy tale "The Hunchback Horse", the path of Ivan and his faithful friend through the royal court and fabulous trials will be shown, complemented by musical numbers with folk motifs.
"The Chief of the Redskins" is a comedic production based on the story of O. Henry, in which the unsuccessful abduction of a boy turns into a chain of unexpected and funny situations.
The poster also features "Deniskin's Stories" and "Vitya Maleev at School and at Home," which reveal school life through humorous and instructive stories, and "Mowgli" takes viewers to the jungle, where a boy who grew up among animals learns to survive and grow up.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced on April 28 that the program of modernization of the capital's theaters will be continued in 2026. According to him, the renovation of the Moscow Operetta Theater, Oleg Tabakov Theater, Mossovet Theater and the Moscow Academic Satire Theater (Armen Dzhigarkhanyan's Progress Stage) is planned this year.
