The highest-paid office specialists in Russia in the first quarter of 2026 were data analysts, who were offered an average of about 168 thousand rubles per month. This became known on April 29.

"The highest—paid office professions, first quarter of 2026: data analysts — 167,999 rubles," follows from a study available to TASS.

It clarifies that data analysts collect, process, and analyze large amounts of information, as well as help businesses identify patterns and make decisions based on metrics.

In second place in terms of income were business analysts who study business processes and company performance, identifying growth points - they were offered an average of about 153 thousand rubles per month.

The third position was taken by analysts working with data on sales, customers and internal processes, with an average salary offer of about 152 thousand rubles per month.
