Employees of the management company (CC) in Yekaterinburg are accused of attempted murder of one of the tenants of the house, who initiated the issue of changing the CC. Two of the accused are in custody, and several others have left the country and are on the international wanted list. This was announced on April 28 by the press service of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation.

The incident occurred in July 2025. One of the residents of the house served by the company raised the issue of changing the organization. Representatives of the Criminal Code, fearing to lose income, decided to kill the man and hired several people for this purpose.

The victim was taken to a deserted place under a far-fetched pretext, beaten and left there, believing that he had died. The man was hit multiple times with his hands, feet and a metal crowbar. He was saved thanks to timely medical care.

"During the investigation of the criminal case, the persons involved in the commission of this crime were identified, however, immediately after the incident, some of them fled from law enforcement agencies, leaving the country, and therefore are currently on the international wanted list," the publication says on the Investigative Committee's website.

Dmitry Gusev, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Control (DG) (Fair Russia Party) On April 2, he proposed to increase fines by 10 times for management companies (CC) for poor-quality maintenance of common property in apartment buildings. It is known that they want to increase fines for officials to 40-50 thousand rubles, for legal entities — up to 400-500 thousand.
