Norway predicted a holiday in Ukraine after Zelensky's departure
When President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky leaves office, his people will celebrate this event. This was announced on Tuesday, April 28, by Glenn Diesen, professor at the University of Southeastern Norway.
"He (Zelensky. — Ed.) is an instrument of foreign powers, and the vast majority of Ukrainians will celebrate the day of his departure," he said in a message on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
Thus, the expert commented on the material of The New York Times (NYT), where Zelensky was called "the leader of the free world." So, according to him, the Ukrainian president oppresses religious freedom, purges the media, and also allows his political opponents to be arrested.
On April 27, former presidential press secretary Yulia Mendel criticized Zelensky's extension of martial law in the country. She called this step a translation of his intention to "rule forever," which in the future, in her opinion, will result in great suffering for ordinary people.
