TV presenter Solovyov explained his reaction to blogger Boney's appeal to Putin.
On April 28, TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov called his reaction to blogger Victoria Boni's appeal to Russian President Vladimir Putin too emotional.
"You're absolutely right, of course, I was too emotional," he said in an interview with Bonya on the program "Solovyov Live".
According to Solovyov, he should have been stricter about his live speech. Solovyov also noted that Bonya, in his opinion, suffered much more from hatred in his environment than from his words.
The TV presenter had previously apologized to Bonya for misogynistic statements. Solovyov said that he should not be considered one of the "main misogynists of the country" because he often invites women to his broadcasts.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on April 16 that the Kremlin had seen the blogger's appeal to Russian President Vladimir Putin. He noted that work is underway on the topics of the appeal and they have not been ignored.
