On April 23-24, Saransk hosted the first field event within the framework of the movement for Healthy Longevity Medicine, the All—Russian Field Conference on the Development of Healthy Longevity Medicine, organized by the Government of the Russian Federation, the Roscongress Foundation and the Government of the Republic of Mordovia. The event has become a key platform for developing systemic solutions for the development of healthy longevity medicine and the introduction of new approaches to protecting the health of citizens.

"The formation of a new model of medicine for healthy longevity is directly related to the tasks of saving and multiplying people. We are talking about the transition to systematic work to protect the health of citizens and create conditions for an active and long life as the basis for sustainable development of the country," said Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation.

The conference was attended by more than 1,000 people from 78 regions of Russia, and over 10,000 participants joined the events online. The business program for two days was devoted to issues of public health protection, the development of predictive medicine, the introduction of biological age management technologies and the impact of culture on healthy longevity.

The second day of the conference was attended by Tatyana Golikova, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, and was devoted to practical issues of implementing a new model of healthy longevity medicine at the regional level. The focus is on the transformation of health centers, the introduction of mechanisms for early detection of pre–risk diseases and the formation of a sustainable prevention system focused on humans. "Today we are talking about a new scientific field — the biology of aging, which is becoming the basis for the formation of a modern healthcare system. We have to seriously develop this area, introduce it into practical medicine and actually reboot the preventive unit. We are talking about identifying risk factors and predispositions of developing diseases at the earliest stages, forming a responsible attitude towards one's health and accompanying it throughout life," Golikova emphasized.

The key event on April 24 was the grand opening of the first Center for Healthy Longevity Medicine in the Republic of Mordovia, a pilot site for a new model of preventive medicine. The center is built as a modern integrated space where diagnostics, personalized prevention and the formation of sustainable healthy lifestyle habits are combined.

"Today, the key task is to ensure the practical implementation of all the solutions developed in the regions. It is important that new approaches to prevention, early detection of risks and patient care become part of the daily work of the healthcare system and are accessible to everyone, regardless of their place of residence. A new personnel framework has already been formed — the specialty "doctor of medicine for healthy longevity" has been introduced, which is fixed in the Program of state Guarantees and included in the nomenclature of positions of medical workers," said Mikhail Murashko, Minister of Health of the Russian Federation.

On the second day, an All-Russian meeting was also held under the chairmanship of Tatyana Alekseevna Golikova, during which all regions of the Russian Federation were connected via videoconference. Representatives of the Vladimir and Sverdlovsk regions spoke about the progress of the Movement and the work of field teams in remote areas.

In his speech, the head of the Republic of Mordovia, Artyom Zdunov, noted the importance of forming a responsible attitude towards their health from an early age: "Our task is to draw the attention of people, primarily young people, to their health. Because risk factors largely depend on habits and lifestyle. And it is important that a person starts doing this as early as possible. Everyone should start with themselves — and understand that health is formed not in one moment, but throughout life."

Within the framework of the Conference, a meeting was held on the role of the Union of Theatrical Figures of the Russian Federation in promoting healthy longevity medicine. The interaction of artist's houses and cultural institutions with the centers of medicine for healthy longevity, as well as the contribution of the cultural environment to the spiritual and moral development of citizens, the preservation of cognitive health and the formation of motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle were discussed. There was also a postage stamp cancellation ceremony dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the Union of Theatrical Figures of Russia, with the participation of Tatiana Golikova and Vladimir Mashkov.

It was also announced the launch of a competition among public organizations, associations, bloggers and the media on the promotion of healthy longevity medicine and interaction with regional executive bodies. On April 27, applications for participation in the Competition will begin, which will end on June 15, 2026. The organizers of the competition are the Government of the Russian Federation and the Roscongress Foundation. The competition regulations will be posted on the Roscongress Foundation's website. Journalists, bloggers, authors of content about healthy longevity medicine and corporate media organizations will be able to participate in the competition. The results of the competition will be announced on July 10 at the second forum "Russia and the World: Trends in healthy longevity".

The interim results of the Open Marathon for Healthy Longevity Medicine, launched by the Roscongress Foundation, were presented at the conference. The marathon has become a platform for dialogue with citizens and the professional community: specialists from the Russian Scientific Center for Surgery named after Academician B.V. Petrovsky and experts answer questions related to prevention, lifestyle and modern approaches to maintaining health. The high interest from citizens and the demand for such a format of interaction were noted.

The All-Russian Visiting Conference in Saransk became an important stage in the formation of a new healthcare model focused on prevention, quality of life and active longevity of Russian citizens, and also became an important platform on the eve of the second forum "Russia and the World: Trends in healthy Longevity", which will be held on July 9-10, 2026 in Moscow.
