Europe is ready for changes that would allow the region to regain the competitiveness of its own enterprises. This was announced on April 27 by the head of the European Commission (EC) Ursula von der Leyen after an ultimatum from the German conservatives.
"We are determined to bring about change so that Europe can create an environment faster and more efficiently in which companies can grow and develop the global competitiveness they need," Politico newspaper quoted her as saying.
