Solntsev announced the need for three operations to restore hair
Showman Gauguin Solntsev, who lost his hair after an unsuccessful coloring in a beauty salon in the capital, underwent his first transplant operation, but he still has two more transplants. He told Izvestia about this on April 27.
The incident became known in early March — Solntsev came to a Moscow salon to lighten his hair. The colorist applied a chemical compound to the strands and wrapped them in foil, but after a while some of the hair fell off, and the actor's skin turned red and blistered.
"We need to undergo three transplants within a year. It was concluded that more than 40% of the hair follicles were burned on the head. <...> Only 50% of these cells survive. I hope that the hair can be restored," Gauguin explained.
He clarified that the claims were resolved in a pre—trial order - the owner of the salon paid Solntsev compensation in the amount of 1.5 million rubles. Initially, Gauguin did not expect that the treatment would be so long. After learning about the need for two more operations, he raised the amount needed for recovery to 3 million rubles. The showman expects that this issue will also be settled without legal proceedings.
"I'm not just talking about moral compensation or reputational damage. <...> This is just to at least try to restore what was damaged," Solntsev explained.
Lyubov Stankevich, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Director of Laboratory Medicine and Manufacturing at LabQuest and Q Clinic, reported on December 14, 2024, that a visit to a barbershop or barbershop could result in a fungal infection. She believes that the symptoms of infection often go unnoticed or can be confused with other problems.
