Moscow airports continue to send and receive flights in bad weather conditions and have already serviced 646 aircraft over the past 24 hours. This was announced on Monday, April 27, by the press service of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.

"Airports continue to receive and send flights in bad weather conditions in the Moscow region. As of 14:00 Moscow time, Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo, Domodedovo and Zhukovsky have served 646 flights since the beginning of the day: 347 for departure, 299 for arrival," the agency said in a Telegram channel message.

At the same time, the departure of planes bound for the capital to other airlines was not recorded. Of the total number of armed forces, only 10 were detained for more than two hours.

Additional personnel have been involved in the operational maintenance of aircraft and passengers, and all airport services are ready to operate in an enhanced mode.

The press service of Vnukovo Airport reported on the same day that the departure of a number of planes was delayed due to unfavorable weather conditions. In aerogavan, heavy snow and poor visibility were attributed to them. It was noted that the relevant decisions were made by the captains of individual aircraft. At the same time, the press service of the Federal Passenger Company (FPC) said that some trains were traveling in the Paveletsky direction to the capital with a delay of up to 2.5 hours.

On the same day, the Hydrometeorological Center announced an orange weather hazard level in Moscow and the Moscow Region due to heavy snow, and at the same time Roscosmos published satellite images capturing the "winter landscape" of Moscow, where air temperatures below zero were recorded, and the Moscow region.
