The Moscow court fined Twitch another 3.5 million rubles.

The Tagansky court of Moscow fined the Twitch video streaming service another 3.5 million rubles. This was announced on April 27 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

The court also fined the TikTok social network 7 million rubles. The service is accused of failing to fulfill the obligation to monitor and take measures to restrict access to information (Part 3 of Article 13.50 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).

On the same day, the service was fined 3.8 million rubles. It is noted that Twich Interactive, Inc. was found guilty of violating the procedure for restricting access to information, information resources, access to which is subject to restriction in accordance with Russian law (Part 2 of Article 13.41 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).

Also in December 2025, the Tagansky District Magistrate's Court found Twitch and Pinterest guilty of violating Russian law and fined them 6 million rubles each. It was noted that both services did not comply with the requirements of the authority responsible for control and supervision in the field of mass communications.
