The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that in 2026, during the broadcast of the parade, the work of military personnel performing tasks in the zone of a special military operation, as well as those on combat duty and combat duty at the control points of the Strategic Missile Forces, Aerospace Forces and Navy ships will be shown.

Where to watch the dress rehearsal of the parade

In 2026, the military parade on May 9 in Moscow will be held without the participation of military equipment. During the dress rehearsal and the parade itself, traffic in the center of the capital will be restricted. All information about this will be published on the website of the Moscow Department of Transport. Also, since the end of April, work has been underway on Red Square to install stands for the upcoming parade, access to it is partially restricted.
