It is noted that due to the snowfall, wet snow may stick to wires and trees, ice is expected in some places, as well as heavy wind gusts of 18-23 meters per second.

In the Moscow Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, in the MACH messenger the day before, residents were advised to avoid billboards and rickety structures, not to hide under trees and not to leave children unattended. Motorists were advised to slow down and increase the distance.
Anatoly Tsygankov, head of the Department of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, warned on April 22 about approaching cyclones and precipitation until the end of the month.
