About 100 unmanned aerial vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked Sevastopol on Sunday night. This was announced on April 26 by the governor of the city Mikhail Razvozhaev.
"It was a massive raid by the enemy on Sevastopol. In total, probably about a hundred drones tried to attack the city in one way or another," Razvozhaev said in a video posted on the MAX messenger channel.
According to him, most of the drones were destroyed by mobile firing groups on the territory of Sevastopol, and some were already on the territory of the Republic of Crimea.
Razvozhaev reported on the same day that the air defense forces and the Black Sea Fleet had destroyed 71 aerial targets in the sky over the city over the past night. He also noted that one person was killed and three others were injured as a result of attacks by Ukrainian drones on Sevastopol.
The movement of several passenger trains on the section of the railway near Sevastopol was adjusted due to damage to the contact network. The changes affected train No. 7, traveling from St. Petersburg to Sevastopol.
