The Russian and DPRK defense ministries have agreed to put military cooperation on a long-term basis. This was stated by the head of the Russian Defense Ministry, Andrei Belousov, during talks with the chairman of the state Affairs of the DPRK, Kim Jong-un.

According to Belousov, interstate relations between Moscow and Pyongyang are at an unprecedented high level.
