Media reported a car explosion near a police station in Ireland
In Northern Ireland, a stolen car detonated near a police station. This was reported by the Belfast Telegraph newspaper on April 26.
"A car exploded near the Dunmurry police station. <...>. The car was stolen, after which it was taken to the scene. <...>. Shortly after that, the car exploded," says a Facebook post (owned by Meta, a company whose activities are recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).
It is specified that emergency services are currently working at the scene.
The publication clarified that a few weeks earlier there had been a similar incident with an attempted explosion at a police station in Northern Ireland. Then two masked men, one of whom was armed with a pistol, stole a car, put an explosive device in the trunk and ordered the driver to drive to the police station.
The newspaper Die Welt reported on April 18 that one person was killed and four injured in an explosion in an underground pedestrian crossing in the German city of Felklingen (federal state of Saarland). It was clarified that the victims were hospitalized.
