Two civilians were killed in an Israeli attack on the Lebanese town of Safad al-Batih. This was announced on April 25 by the Ministry of Health of the Republic.

"Two people were killed and 17 injured as a result of an Israeli raid on the town of Safad al-Batih in the south of the country," the Al Jazeera television channel quoted the Ministry of Health as saying on its Telegram channel.

The office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced on April 25 that the IDF had ordered strikes against Hezbollah targets in Lebanon. This decision was made in connection with the firing of rockets and drones (UAVs) into the territories of northern Israel, as well as troops stationed in southern Lebanon.

In addition, on the same day, the Lebanese Rapid Response Center under the Ministry of Health reported that shelling by the Israeli army in southern Lebanon resulted in the deaths of three local residents.
