Astronomer admitted the existence of extraterrestrial civilizations

The existence of extraterrestrial civilizations outside the Solar system is possible, but today science does not have the technology and equipment to confirm it. This was announced on April 25 by a researcher at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory (KrAO), astronomer Sergey Nazarov.

"Contact with an extraterrestrial civilization is possible. Other civilizations must exist. There are other planetary systems, there are other planets, why shouldn't another life and another civilization arise on them? This is quite possible," Nazarov said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

At the same time, according to him, humanity does not yet have the necessary technologies or methods that would allow us to prove the existence of life outside the Solar system.
