Norway criticized Tusk for joking about the absence of Russia at the EU summit
Glenn Diesen, a professor at the University of Southeastern Norway, criticized Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk for joking about the absence of countries with pro-Russian views at the EU summit. He wrote about this on April 25 on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
"European diplomacy is like this: to sit in a room with people with whom you have already agreed," Diesen wrote.
