Militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) seize mobile phones and any other means of communication from mercenaries from Colombia. This was reported on April 25 by RIA Novosti, citing a source associated with the recruitment market.

"According to the latest information, mobile phones and any means of communication are being taken away from the mercenaries," the source said.

According to him, this is done to prevent information leaks to social networks about the facts of harassment of foreign fighters in Ukraine.

In addition, the ban on personal communications is necessary to reduce the risk of detecting the combat positions of Ukrainian units. At the same time, the source noted that individual mercenaries manage to smuggle devices to the front line secretly, despite the ongoing searches.
