On April 24, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, responding to a question about the art of Russian diplomacy, recalled an anecdote about Armenian radio.

"You know, if you go a little bit into the field of humor, remember, there was a series of jokes about the Armenian radio in the Soviet Union. The Armenian radio was asked: "What is diplomacy?"
