One person was killed and 10 injured when a bus collided with a truck in the Leningrad region.

As a result of a collision between a bus and a truck in the Gatchina district of the Leningrad region, one person was killed and 10 others were injured. This was announced on April 24 in the Main Directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in the region.

"There were 11 people on the bus, as a result of the accident, one passenger of the bus was killed, 10 were injured and hospitalized. Traffic is blocked," says a post on the MAX messenger.

It is specified that traffic is blocked, and fire and rescue units are working on the spot. The injured were hospitalized.

Later, a source from Izvestia reported that the number of victims had increased to 19. Three are in shock intensive care.
