Rescuers found three tourists from a group trapped in an avalanche in Buryatia. This was reported on April 24 on the website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Buryatia.

"Rescuers of the Baikal Search and Rescue squad of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations found three tourists from a group trapped by a snowfall at the 26th Party Congress pass on the Munku-Sardyk mountain. <...> They received injuries of varying severity <...>..."Also, during an examination of the avalanche area, rescuers found the body of another tourist of this group," the agency said in a statement.
