193 Russian servicemen were returned from the territory controlled by the Kiev regime. This was announced on April 24 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

In return, the Russian side handed over 193 prisoners of war of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

"Currently, Russian military personnel are in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, where they are receiving the necessary psychological and medical assistance," the message says in the MAX messenger.
