Graduation events in Russian schools are gradually moving away from the traditional format and are increasingly turning into thematic, interactive and technological events, where the scenario is based on new formats and the involvement of all participants in the process. Izvestia has compiled scripts for an interesting last call.

A modern scenario with elements of humor for graduates

The graduation party is organized in the format of a dynamic show with elements of interactivity and humor. The opening is accompanied by a video about school life, including funny moments of lessons, recess and exam preparation.

During the event, comic nominations are introduced for graduates, for example, for activity in the classroom, a sense of humor or special "talents" in school life. These nominations create a light atmosphere and evoke an emotional response from the audience.

Teachers also become participants in the interactive part: they are invited to share memories or answer questions about the class in an informal style. Graduates participate in blitz surveys about their school, favorite subjects, and plans for the future.

The program can also include a dance flash mob or a musical number, after which the evening ends with a shared photo and a final greeting from the presenters, who emphasize that school years remain an important part of each participant's life.

The quest format for the last call at school

The last call quest format is a modern holiday scenario in which the traditional festive lineup is replaced or supplemented with a game route. Graduates go through several thematic stages related to school life, complete assignments, solve problems and collect symbolic "keys" or "artifacts", which finally add up to the overall picture of saying goodbye to school.

The event usually begins with a short general opening: the presenters explain the rules of the quest, divide the participants into teams and give out itineraries. Each team gets its own way through the stations to avoid crowding and ensure dynamics.

The stages are designed as separate thematic areas reflecting different aspects of school life. For example, at the "First Grade" stage, participants are asked to recall their first school knowledge: read simple assignments, collect words, or solve logical problems. The "Change" stage can be associated with active and comic contests, where speed and teamwork are important. At the "Exams" stage, the tasks become more complicated.: These can be mini-tests, logic tasks, or smart questions related to subjects. A separate stage is often dedicated to teachers, where participants guess teachers from fragments of phrases, school stories, or portraits drawn by first-graders.

The final stage is usually emotionally symbolic. Here, teams come together, summarize the quest and perform a common task — for example, they compose a wish phrase for the school, release balloons, and write letters to the future. At this moment, congratulations from the administration and teachers are heard, as well as a response from the graduates.

The last call ends with the quest with a general solemn part, where the results are summed up, active participants are noted, the last bell rings and a symbolic farewell to the school takes place. This format allows you to make the event more dynamic, involve all participants and at the same time preserve the traditional emotional component of the holiday.

A theatrical scenario of the last bell at school

The theatrical format of the last bell is built as an integral stage action, in which school life is presented through artistic images, mini-skits and a related plot. This approach allows you to combine the ceremonial part with the elements of the performance, where graduates become the heroes of the story of their school years.

The script usually begins with a prologue that sets the basic idea of the production. It can be an image of "Time", "School Book", "Journey" or "Childhood Train", which symbolically leads viewers through different stages of school life. The presenters or actors introduce the viewer to a conventional plot and explain that a nine- or 11-year-long story will now be presented on stage.

This is followed by separate theatrical episodes, each of which reflects a certain stage of school life. The first episode is usually dedicated to elementary school: the scenes of the first bell, acquaintance with the teacher, the first lessons and school openings are played out on the stage. This block is usually filled with a light, touching atmosphere and makes the audience nostalgic.

The next episode reflects the middle classes, where the emphasis is on students growing up, friendship, first difficulties and school events. Humorous skits can be used here, reflecting lessons, recess, test papers and everyday school life. Often this block becomes the most lively and dynamic.

A separate episode is devoted to exams and graduation. In a theatrical form, this can be represented as a "test", a "final milestone" or an "important path" that the characters of the production go through. The drama is enhanced here, the responsibility of the moment and the importance of completing the school stage are emphasized.

An important part of the script is the section dedicated to teachers. In a theatrical form, teachers can be represented as guides, mentors, or keepers of knowledge. Thank-you scenes, alumni addresses, and symbolic dialogues are included, emphasizing the role of the teacher in each student's life.

The production culminates in the final farewell scene. All the characters gather together, parting words are spoken, the results of the "school story" are summed up, after which a symbolic last call takes place. The ringing of a bell, lighting effects, or the final musical composition are often used to enhance the emotional effect.

The theatrical last bell ends with a common stage — the final song, the address of the graduates and the exit of all participants in the production. This format allows you to turn a school event into an integral artistic event that combines solemnity, emotions and creative self-expression of students.

A solemn classic scenario for graduation

The graduation ceremony begins with a grand opening and a welcoming speech by the presenters, who address graduates, teachers and parents, emphasizing the importance of this day as a transition from school life to adulthood. Graduates enter the hall with musical accompaniment, followed by congratulations from the headmaster and the official part of the event.

Next, the floor is given to the teachers, who share parting words, recall the highlights of the school life of the class and celebrate the achievements of the students. In their response, the graduates thank the teachers for their support, knowledge and patience, recall their early school years and emphasize how important the path they have traveled has become for them.

The program also includes creative performances — songs, dances or theatrical miniatures prepared by students. The evening ends with a solemn part with a symbolic farewell to the school, a shared photo and festive music.

A touching scenario of saying goodbye to school

The graduation party is built as an emotional story of saying goodbye to school childhood. The opening is accompanied by memories of the first grade, the first teachers and the first successes of the students. Through photographs and videos, an image is created of the path that each graduate has traveled over the years of study.

Special attention is paid to the speeches of teachers who address graduates with parting words, noting their growth, achievements and personal qualities. These speeches emphasize not only academic success, but also the human maturation of students.

In response, the graduates thank the school, teachers and parents, share their personal memories and talk about their plans for the future. A symbolic element is often included — a letter to the future or an appeal to oneself in a few years.

The final part of the evening is emotional: touching music is played, photographs of school years are shown, after which graduates symbolically say goodbye to school.

Parting words from teachers and thanks from graduates: extended examples for the last call scenario

The speeches of teachers and graduates traditionally become the semantic center of the last call, setting the tone for the entire event and emphasizing its completeness. In modern scenarios, they take on more diverse forms: from brief official formulations to detailed appeals, including personal observations and generalizations of school experience.

Depending on the format of the event and the age group of graduates — 9th or 11th graders - the texts may vary in content and accents. For ninth graders, motives for choosing a future path are more often heard, for eleventh graders, summing up and saying goodbye to school.

Examples of parting words from teachers

In pedagogical practice, both concise and more detailed formulations are used, which make it possible to emphasize the importance of the school stage and set guidelines for the future.

"An important stage of your life is coming to an end today. There are new challenges ahead, new cities, new people. May everything you have learned here help you move on confidently and not lose your desire for development."

"Each of you has gone through your own unique path at school. There were difficulties and achievements, mistakes and victories. It is important to keep the experience you have gained and use it in later life. Boldly go forward to your dreams, conquer the peaks and make the world a better place!"

"School is not just about lessons and grades. This is the ability to work in a team, respect others, and take responsibility for your decisions. You will always need these qualities. Happy holidays, dear graduates. May the school years remain in your hearts forever."

"We accompany you with the hope that you will maintain respect for the knowledge and the people who were with you at this stage. Each of you has your own road ahead of you, but we believe that it will inevitably lead you to happiness and success. Work hard, love, create, and remember your school years with a smile!"

"So the last bell rang. Do not let the upcoming changes cause alarm. This is a natural stage of growing up, and it opens up new opportunities for each of you. We wish you not to lose your thirst for knowledge, dreaminess and determination at a new stage of life!".

Gratitude of graduates to teachers

Students' responses usually reflect gratitude for the years of study and emotional attachment to the school environment. In scenarios, they may sound like collective appeals from the class.

"Thank you for your patience, support, and knowledge that helped us not only learn, but also grow up. Each lesson has become a part of our journey to the future. And let the school years come to an end, we will always remember with gratitude every day we spent with you!".

"Dear teachers! We thank you for being with us at different times, both difficult and joyful. Your work will stay with us for the rest of our lives."

"My school years passed by like one happy, wonderful dream. It seemed like yesterday we sat down at our desks for the first time, and today the doors to adulthood are already opening before us. Thank you for being with us during these 11 years, sharing your wisdom, warmth and support. We leave with a feeling of gratitude for the attention, care and participation in our lives."

"Each teacher has left his mark on our soul: someone has a strict but even handwriting, someone has the bright greenery of spring. All these traces are intertwined in the picture called "our growing up." Thank you for the colors, for the lines, for the meanings. We are taking this wealth into a bigger life."

"Our dear mentors! We were different: excellent students and bullies, poets and technicians. But you have found something good in each of us. Thank you for your professional eye, which saw our talents before we did. Thank you for not letting them wither away. We promise, we will multiply them."

Teachers' appeal to graduates is an example

"Dear graduates, today the last bell rings for you as a symbol of the completion of an important stage of school life. Over the years of study, you have gone from the first lessons to the conscious choice of your future, and this path has become part of your personal history.

The school has given you not only knowledge of subjects, but also experience of communication, teamwork, overcoming difficulties and achieving goals. These skills will continue to accompany you, no matter which path you choose after graduation.

A new stage is opening up before you, in which much will depend on your decisions, perseverance and willingness to continue learning. It is important to maintain respect for knowledge, for the people you meet, and for those who supported you during your school years.

We wish you confidence in your abilities, responsibility in your actions and a desire for development. May each of you find your own direction and be able to realize your potential.

School will always remain a place for you to return to, at least in the memories that will accompany you throughout your life."

Graduates' response to teachers

"Dear teachers, today we are on the threshold of a new stage of life and we would like to thank you for all the years you have spent with us. Every lesson, every remark, and every word of encouragement has become a part of our growing up.

Thank you for your patience, for your attention to each student, and for your ability to find an approach in a variety of situations. You not only taught us subjects, but also helped us to form character, learn responsibility and independence.

We thank you for believing in us even when we doubted ourselves. Your work cannot be overestimated, because it goes far beyond the school curriculum.

Today we leave school with a sense of appreciation and respect for each of you. These years will remain in our memory as an important and significant period of life.

We hope that we will be able to meet your expectations and make good use of the knowledge and experience that we have gained thanks to you. Thank you for everything you have done for us."
