The Avito platform has expanded the possibilities of finding contractors and subcontractors for commercial construction projects. Business offers, ranging from specialized work to the construction of turnkey facilities, are now collected in one section, the company said.

"The situation in the commercial real estate market is changing: in 2026, investors are more likely to focus on adapting existing areas and attracting contractors for specific work stages. The platform's data confirms this: over the past six months, demand in the Commercial Premises Renovation category has increased fivefold. At the same time, companies use different models of work — from turnkey projects to attracting specialists with narrow expertise. We see this in the structure of demand and take it into account when developing categories," said Svetlana Filimonova, Head of the Repair and Construction business at Avito Services.

The Commercial Construction category combines proposals for the construction of industrial, warehouse, retail and office facilities, as well as infrastructure in the service sector and social real estate. The structure of the ads allows you to take into account the key parameters of B2B orders - the format of work with legal entities and willingness to participate in procurement under 44-FZ and 223-FZ.

The launch of the category is due to structural changes in the market. By the end of 2025, the volume of online sales in Russia exceeded 11.5 trillion rubles (+28% year-on-year). At the beginning of 2026, 226,000 order pick-up points were operating in the country, which is 44.7% more than a year earlier. By 2027, their number may reach 300 thousand.
