United Russia proposed to restructure the budget loans of the regions

United Russia has appealed to Russian President Vladimir Putin with a proposal to postpone the repayment of budget loans to the regions for a longer period in 2026, which will allow about 100 billion rubles to be allocated for social support of citizens. This was announced on April 24 by the secretary of the General Council of the party, Vladimir Yakushev, at a meeting of the Duma faction in the building of the central executive committee of the EP.

"We have accepted an appeal on the possibility of postponing for a longer period the repayment of the 100 billion debt on loans to the regions, the non-repayment of this amount this year," said Yakushev.
