Alexey Mordashov, Severstal's largest shareholder, topped Forbes magazine's rating of 155 Russian billionaires for 2026. The list was published on the publication's website on April 23.

"Steel magnate Alexei Mordashov took the first place in the Forbes Russian list by a wide margin — his valuation soared to a record $37 billion," the publication says.
