The heritage.dom.rf platform has published data on more than 2,000 cultural heritage sites

On the legacy.dom digital platform.The Russian Federation has information on more than 2,000 cultural heritage sites in need of restoration. This was announced by Olga Kazakova, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Culture, at an expanded meeting of the commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation on Culture and traditional Spiritual and moral Values.

"On June 1, 2026, the law adopted by the State Duma in November 2025 on the creation of the developed HOUSE will come into force.The Russian Federation heritage.dom.rf platform is a single information portal of cultural heritage sites in need of restoration. The bill was introduced as part of the execution of the instruction of the head of state to restore at least 1,000 windows by the end of 2030," Kazakova said.

Currently, information about the form of ownership of facilities (regional, federal, municipal), their condition (including unsatisfactory or dilapidated), as well as the characteristics of buildings and land plots is available on the platform.

"Information about 2,040 monuments in need of restoration has now been published on the portal. At the same time, there are more than 11,000 monuments requiring such work in the country, according to the Register of the National Museum of Natural Resources. It is necessary to involve regional security agencies more actively in this work," Olga Kazakova emphasized.

The meeting was attended by Chairman of the Commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation on Culture and traditional spiritual and Moral Values, Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozzhaev, Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Lyubimova, Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Science, Education and Culture Lilia Gumerova, First Deputy General Director of DOM.Russian Federation Alexey Nidens.
