Attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on civilian targets are a reality in which the Russian Federation is forced to live. This was announced on April 22 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack on Syzran.
