The court recovered almost 44 million rubles from Blinovskaya's top manager
The Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow has granted the application of the financial manager of blogger Elena Blinovskaya to recover almost 44 million rubles from her former top manager Tatiana Ostapishina in the bankruptcy case. This was announced on April 22 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.
During the consideration of the case, the financial manager pointed out signs of withdrawal of funds, which served as the basis for filing an application. After reviewing the evidence, the court concluded that the funds should be returned to the debtor's bankruptcy estate for the subsequent satisfaction of creditors' claims.
Earlier, on April 16, an informed source told Izvestia that Blinovskaya would not go on a special military operation (SVO), but would continue to serve her sentence in a penal colony on the same terms.
Blinovskaya was detained in April 2023 on suspicion of fraud for the purpose of non-payment of taxes. For about a year, the blogger was under house arrest. The Investigative Committee of Russia completed its investigation into the blogger on July 25, 2024.
In March 2025, the court found Blinovskaya guilty of tax evasion on an especially large scale, money laundering, illegal circulation of funds of payments and sentenced her to five years in a penal colony.
