There will be no significant weakening of the ruble exchange rate, although some reduction would be beneficial for the Russian economy. This was announced on April 22 by the head of VTB Andrey Kostin.

"Everyone predicts his weakening, but you see, he's holding on month after month, the infection, and nothing happens to him," Kostin said, according to Interfax.
