A regional emergency regime has been introduced within the borders of the Syzran city district after a massive drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on April 22 by the Governor of the Samara region Vyacheslav Fedorishchev.

"Today, the residents of Syzran have experienced a difficult night. The city has been subjected to a massive UAV attack. <...> A regional emergency regime has been introduced within the borders of the Syzran city district," the governor wrote on the MAX messenger.
