Outraged by the work of rapper Ganvest (real name Ruslan Gominov), the Russians succeeded in bringing him to administrative responsibility. This was stated on April 22 in court materials reviewed by Izvestia.

In March, Ganvest was fined 95 thousand rubles for a song insulting human dignity and public morality. Speaking in court, the rapper's lawyer argued that there was no crime imputed to him in the musician's actions.

Izvestia found out that the law enforcement agencies received numerous appeals from citizens who demanded to ban the distribution of the composition. They were the reason for the inspection, after which administrative proceedings were initiated.

On March 30, Gominov was brought to justice under Part 3 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Minor hooliganism expressed in the dissemination of information insulting human dignity on the Internet"). The reason for the trial was the text of one of the artist's compositions.
