The full business program and the list of speakers have been published on the official website of the Caucasian Investment Forum, which will be held from April 28 to 30 at the Minvodyexpo Exhibition Center. The central theme of the Forum will be "Expanding horizons of opportunities." The program contains dozens of events with the participation of representatives of federal and regional authorities, business and the expert community. The Forum is organized by the Roscongress Foundation with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Stavropol Territory.
The Caucasian Investment Forum has traditionally served as a platform for developing solutions aimed at developing the investment potential of the regions and expanding economic cooperation. In 2026, the business program is structured according to the logic of each day of the Forum: the agenda is structured in such a way as to consistently reveal key areas of development and ensure a comprehensive discussion of topical issues. The first day is dedicated to the youth agenda and the formation of a new generation of entrepreneurs, the second to dialogue with the regions and the development of management decisions, the third to issues of public policy and strategic development. Special attention is paid to the synchronization of topics and expert staff.
"The subjects of the North Caucasus Federal District have significant potential for the development of the social sphere, business, tourism, industry, and culture. The Caucasian Investment Forum is a strategic platform for discussing the development vectors of economic sectors and developing practical initiatives aimed at improving the well—being of the region's residents. The CIF business program traditionally reflects the most pressing tasks of the district's subjects and is aimed at finding effective ways to achieve them," said Alexander Novak, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.
In 2026, leading experts were invited to participate in the business program, and specialized speakers with proven industry expertise and practical experience in project implementation were selected for each area. The program includes thematic blocks on investment and finance, industry, agro-industrial complex, digitalization and technological leadership, entrepreneurship development, international cooperation, tourism and creative industries.
"The Caucasian Investment Forum is an effective platform for coordinating the efforts of business and government. As part of the implementation of the Socio-Economic Development Strategy of the North Caucasus Federal District until 2030, the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District at the Forum demonstrate how the tourist infrastructure is being updated, large industrial investment projects are being implemented, schools, kindergartens and highways are being built. The synchronization of business and government is visible: according to the results of CIF-2025, 86 agreements totaling more than 206 billion rubles were concluded. This year, we also expect high results and business activity from the North Caucasus Federal District at the Forum, as one of the most dynamic districts in Russia," said Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation, Executive Secretary of the Organizing Committee of the Caucasian Investment Forum 2026.
Among the speakers of the CIF-2026 business program are Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of International Economic Relations under the Government of the Republic of Serbia Nenad Popovic, First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elnur Aydin oglu Aliyev, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Agrarian and Food Policy and Environmental Management Natalia Komarova, Deputy Sergey Nazarov and Svyatoslav Sorokin, Ministers of Economic Development, Andrey Razin and Roman Nekrasov, Deputy Ministers of Agriculture, Pavel Kadochnikov, Deputy Minister of Finance, Petr Konyushenko, Deputy Minister of Energy, Alexey Yeresko, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services, Vitaly Mutko, CEO of DOM.RF JSC, Vladimir Yevtushenkov, founder of AFK Sistema Alexey Repik, Chairman of the All-Russian public organization Delovaya Rossiya, Ruslan Alisultanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Logika Moloka, First Deputy General Director of Kavkaz JSC.Andrey Tsemakhovich, CEO of Mantera Group LLC Vadim Trukshin, Head of ANO Russian Quality System Maxim Protasov, CEO of the Russian News Agency TASS Andrey Kondrashov and other representatives of development institutions, regional authorities and businesses. President of the Republic of Abkhazia Badra Gunba and President of the Republic of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev will take part in the Caucasian Investment Forum.
The first day of the Forum, April 28, will be the Day of Young Entrepreneurs, which will include youth program events, including the Caucasus Growth Point startup competition, thematic laboratories of the future, and practice-oriented sessions aimed at developing entrepreneurial initiatives and building human resources.
On April 29, key events will take place, including the session "Dialogue with the Governor: a vector to the Caucasus", where the heads of seven subjects of the North Caucasus Federal District: the Republic of Dagestan, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia—Alania and the Stavropol Territory will present priority socio-economic projects of their the region. A meeting of the Board of Directors of Kavkaz.RF is scheduled for the same day.
The business program includes sessions on the investment attractiveness of the regions, the development of small and medium-sized businesses, digital solutions and the introduction of artificial intelligence, international cooperation and the formation of new growth points. Special attention is paid to the issues of personnel development, infrastructure and intersectoral cooperation.
The business program of the Caucasian Investment Forum 2026 forms a comprehensive platform for professional interaction, exchange of experience and development of solutions aimed at strengthening the economic potential of the Russian regions.
