Amid the controversy, rumors have surfaced about the possible exhumation of Alexander Gradsky's body to obtain DNA samples.

Lawyer Igor Baranov in an interview with kp.ru He explained that in inheritance disputes, the court may order a similar check. Exhumation is considered an extreme measure, and at first specialists try to use medical samples, personal belongings of the deceased or conduct a comparative analysis with close relatives.

He noted that modern methods often make it possible to establish kinship without exhumation. But if there are no alternatives, the court may authorize the exhumation as admissible evidence.

Court proceedings

The struggle for Alexander Gradsky's inheritance has been going on for several years. The conflict involves the eldest children Daniel and Maria, the third wife of the artist Olga Fartysheva, as well as the widow Marina Kotashenko and her two sons. Olga Fartysheva is trying to separate her marital share from the property acquired in marriage with the musician through the court, but the court of appeal has left her claims without satisfaction.
