Reconstruction of sewage treatment plants was completed near Alushta
The reconstruction of the drainage system near Alushta has been completed in Crimea. The construction readiness of the facility has reached 100%, the press service of the republican government reports.
The sewage treatment plants are located in the village of Malorechenskoye, writes IA SevastopolMedia. They are planned to be put into operation in the first half of 2026.
The capacity of the facility is 3 thousand cubic meters per day. This is enough to cover the needs of the settlement even during the peak holiday season.
Water filtration includes three stages: mechanical and deep biological purification using classical technology, as well as disinfection by UV radiation - this is a safe method without the use of chemicals.
Earlier, Izvestia wrote that since 2014, about 1.3 trillion rubles have been allocated from the budget for the development of Crimea and Sevastopol. Extra-budgetary investments exceeded 1 trillion by the end of 2025.
