The United Russia Party (EP) supported the launch of the All-Russian vote for landscaping facilities with mass clean-up days and sports events in public spaces, updated according to the party's national program and the project "Creating a Comfortable Urban Environment" (FCGS). This was reported on April 22 in the press service of the EP.

This program is based on the EP "Urban Environment" party project. The implementation of the FCGS is one of the provisions of the party's people's program. The United Russia program is voted on annually together with the Ministry of Construction.

On the eve of the Russian President Vladimir Putin, at the ceremony of awarding the All-Russian National Service Award, announced the beginning of the next season for the implementation of urban development projects and launched voting. The Head of State recalled that in 2025, over 16.5 million citizens took part in it. 25 billion rubles are allocated annually from the federal budget for the implementation of the best projects. The President noted that this competition is a vehicle for positive changes.

So, in Blagoveshchensk, Amur region, party activists organized a mass clean-up. In 2023, the territory near the lake was landscaped in the Fruit Nursery microdistrict: lighting was installed there, paths were laid, playgrounds and sports grounds, lawns, decorative fencing, and trees were planted.

In Pereslavl-Zalessky, Yaroslavl region, in the V.P. Weingart Park, fitness trainer Marina Konorezova conducted exercises as part of the All-Russian United Russia Marathon "The Power of Russia". The territory of the space itself was renovated for 46 million rubles: lighting and paths were added, landscaping was carried out, a fountain and a stage were installed. In addition, in 2024, the decisions of landscape architects were implemented there.

"I live in the village of Nikitskaya Sloboda, but I often go to the park with my grandson. I really like. Landscaping has changed the park beyond recognition, before that there wasn't even much to remember, there was a wasteland. Now there is a place for children to have fun – they play on the playground, and for adults to relax," Lidia Ivanova, a local resident, shared her impressions.

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Urban Environment party project has put 50,000 public spaces and courtyards in order in five years, and about 120,000 in total during the implementation of the initiative. For example, an unusual children's town in the form of an airplane was built in Krasnoyarsk.

"We walk where there are swings, because children love them and slides. When the yard was not landscaped, we did not walk here at all, we had to go through the house to look for the yard. And now we are always here. We tried our simulators, we liked it. It's a comfortable, convenient playground," said Olesya Gatilova, a mother of four.

In the Rostov region, 686 public spaces and 56 courtyards have been landscaped. It is specified that 260 places are equipped with children's and sports complexes. One example is the First Mile ecopark in the perimeter of the Rostov Zoo, which has transformed from an unkempt wasteland into a family vacation spot.

The United Russia program extends landscaping to new regions. At the end of 2025, a power engineering park was reconstructed in Donetsk. It was established in 1985 in honor of the 40th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and is dedicated to the workers of the Donbass energy industry. Residents voted for the reconstruction of the park thanks to the FGCS in 2024.

In Omsk, the renovated facilities include the Irtysh Embankment, the City Garden, the Alley of the Sazonov Brothers, and the Green Island Park. The President of the Russian Federation expressed support for the renovation of the embankment. In 2026, the work is planned to continue both under the FCGS and with the help of private investments.

The new national program of United Russia plans to include a proposal for the improvement of at least 30 thousand public territories by 2030 and the implementation of 1.6 thousand projects of the winners of the All-Russian competition. The program "Creating a comfortable urban environment" has been implemented since 2017. Residents decide for themselves what will be improved first. The party participates in all stages of the process, from collecting proposals to quality control of work.

On March 30, the press service of the EP reported that the proposal for the overhaul of student dormitories will be included in the new National program of the United Russia party, and 800 buildings are planned to be repaired. Vladimir Yakushev, Secretary of the General Council of the party, explained that the renovation of dormitories is at the very beginning of the journey, so United Russia has a large—scale work to do to update the infrastructure, and the renovation of dormitories is not just an upgrade of walls and communications, but also a contribution to the quality of education and the future of students.
