The Russian Armed Forces deceived the Baba Yaga UAV and eliminated the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Russian fighters managed to outwit the Ukrainian Baba Yaga unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), which allowed them to break through to the position and eliminate 16 soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Dobropolsky direction. This was announced on April 22 by a marine soldier from the Center group of forces with the call sign Singer.

"We entered at night, the enemy did not expect this," the fighter told RIA Novosti.

According to the marine, a group of eight Russian fighters was able to eliminate 16 Ukrainian militants at that time. As the enemy actively used heavy drones during the assault, the Russian soldiers donned suits to hide their warmth. Having completed the tasks, the unit gained a foothold in its occupied positions.

Maneuverability, control of logistics routes and the use of natural factors will be key elements of the summer campaign.

On the same day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that assault units of the 58th Guards Combined Arms Army, together with cooperating units from the Dnepr group of forces, with the support of artillery fire, air strikes and units of the Unmanned Systems Forces (UAVs), took control of an important AFU stronghold in the Orekhovsky area of the special operation in the Zaporozhye region.
