Two residents of Lipetsk were fined for a conflict over stray cats
In the Lipetsk region, two women quarreled over feeding stray cats in the entrance. After the trial, they were fined for insults, the press service of the regional prosecutor's office reports.
The conflict occurred in the village of Terbuny between two local women. After the quarrel, the villagers wrote statements to the local prosecutor's office, GOROD48 writes.
It turned out that both had behaved inappropriately, humiliating each other's honor and dignity and using offensive language during the quarrel.
As a result, the prosecutor initiated two cases of administrative offenses under Article 5.61 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Insult". Each violator was ordered to pay a fine of 3,000 rubles.
