In five hours, the Air defense forces shot down 22 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over the regions of Russia and the Black Sea

In five hours, air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 22 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the sky over the regions of Russia. This was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry on April 20.

"From 15:00 to 20:00 Moscow time, 22 Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted and destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the ministry said in a statement.

It is noted that the drones were neutralized over the Belgorod and Kursk regions, the Republic of Crimea, as well as over the Black Sea.

A new rotation of IAEA experts is also planned.

Over the past day, the air defense forces have neutralized 112 Ukrainian drones. It was noted that drones were destroyed over the territories of Astrakhan, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk regions, Krasnodar Territory, Crimea and over the waters of the Azov and Black Seas.
