Dmitriev ironically assessed Zelensky's rejection of the United States
Kirill Dmitriev, the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, ironically commented on the words of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky about the rejection of the United States on April 20.
"Will the United States be able to withstand such a harsh rejection of Zelensky himself?" he wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
This is how Dmitriev reacted to the publication of The Atlantic magazine with the appropriate title, which he attached to the post. The publication notes that Zelensky has lost faith in the United States and has stopped considering the country an ally.
On April 14, American Vice President Jay Dee Vance announced that the United States would no longer participate in the supply and purchase of weapons for Ukraine. Vance noted that the United States offered European countries to independently resolve the issue of purchasing weapons for the needs of the Kiev regime.
